What smells instantly take you back to a happy place?!?!
Our minds are so powerful.  Be honest now, did you smell the snickerdoodles when you saw the above picture?

Can you smell the Cinnamon? Can you smell the Nutmeg? Can you smell the Stress Away? Yikes! Probably not but you can probably feel the "stress away" with the happy memories!

I can smell it and have happy emotions released instantly because it triggers happy memories of family celebrations and special times with my mom.

Snickerdoodles were a favorite of my parents and one of my grandpa's. But I must be honest ... I only like the SMELL of snickerdoodles, I really do NOT like the TASTE.

Which makes me smile with memories of trying to eat them and like them when I was little out my love and desire to be like the ones I love so much.

Who knows, maybe that's where all my elaborate facial expressions that my family gets a kick out of watching started!  (Can you relate with a smell you like but don't like the taste or texture?)

Our minds are so powerful that we don't have to have the cookies baking in our home or even have the actual cookie in our home to taste or smell it.

A powerful exercise I do in one of my sessions is to have you close your eyes and visualize a lemon, then I walk you through the process of feeling the texture of the skin, smelling the lemon when its cut open and squeezed and then actually tasting the lemon.

I always have so much fun watching your faces as I can tell who likes the smell and taste of lemon and who does not from the uniquely different expressions.

The science studies done on our olfactory senses or sense of smell extensively document the impact smell has in and on our lives.

It helps to explain why my client sessions where we are breaking blocks from the past to move forward in freedom are effective and long lasting.

This is why essential oils are an important tool in my Healthy Toolbox for myself, my family and my clients.

I keep a diffuser in my main living area (we each have one in our individual rooms too!) with a beautiful display rack of essential oils to be able to create unique blends or blends that transport me to Happy Memories or get me energized and motivated (or my loved ones when its chore day! LOL)

Some people have a recipe box filled with favorite cooking recipes ... me, I have recipe BOXES of my family's favorite diffuser blends with memories noted to go with them.  Quirky? Yes.

However, on those days where I need an extra boost or I just want to have some sweet memories of my mom or a walk in the forest ... well, diffusing can take me to higher levels and fill my heart and being.

Bonus effect is, at least when you are using the brand I use, there are no toxic chemicals to cause adverse side effects or harm to our bodies AND they actually have a synergy effect in our body thus supporting and improving our health physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

This simple act of diffusing is very effective and supportive to my clients who are walking through intense health challenges, or those who are breaking free from addictions and the benefits and list goes on.

The main core of my practice uses essences to break through the barriers and assist in resetting cellular DNA and memory patterns to aid in creating a healthy fight or flight for your life by releasing the things of the past that no longer suit who you are in such a time as this.

I adore getting to be the facilitator and watching the transformations.  It blesses me to my core to help you break free from things that have held you in bondage and kept you from living life freely as you desire and yearn to.

And that is why I adore sharing some of my different diffuser recipes that trigger happy memories or that get me motivated to Be my Greatest Me!

So what is your favorite smell that takes you back to a happy place or time in your life?

Share below, I adore trying new recipes!
