Fall Cleansing - Fruits and Veggies - Chocolate!?!


It’s fall season change so time for the fall cleanse. Every cleanse brings an accountability check and re-focus.

I am re-focusing on our nutritional input. Told my husband, Randy Wendt, we needed to focus on adding more fruits and veggies to our daily eats and less meat.

Got the 😳 response then he said ... with a big 😁 ... he would definitely be willing to drink an extra or even two! of our yummy packet of fruits and veggies antioxidant “cover all the nutrient needs you might not get In your food today” drink.

He even added as a reminder ... like I needed it but I’m glad he’s knows ... that it also helps with his extra protein his body type needs to maintain health. (Got to 💜 this man that proves he does listen to me when I’m teaching.)

I laughed and told him I was thinking the farmers market type of food shift but am totally on board with the increase in what I call my "miracle juice".

My friend Heather DeJong posted this picture today and I’m like ... this, THIS will make my husband Randy Wendt very happy to consume as part of his plant food nutrients!

He is my major chocolate adorer! He even puts chocolate almond milk with his chocolate protein drink. 😛 Yummy to him but too chocolate for me! 😎

What’s one area you would like encouragement, support and accountability on this week? 


I’ll start! 


I need encouragement and support in prioritizing all the things on my to do want to do list and hearing what my top 3 things are to focus on. 


I have many loved ones and clients asking for and needing knowledge and wisdom that I have that I need to know how best and what to share first.  I also need to get reorganized and resituated after our relocation. When you live in an RV full time and take it in the road ... well, things can get messy. Lol. Especially if the road is really bumpy and twisty. 


Hmmm ... it’s the same way with day to day life! Yet another ponder point for me today. 


Looking forward to seeing how we can support you this week! 


I adore sowing seeds into you especially when the harvest comes in for each of us!

Accountability Check up! Do your loved ones know & feel loved?

Talk about casual comments hitting you where it matters most and causing an accountability moment!  

Does this ever happen to you? 

You are doing something nice for the people around you, doing your best to acommodate their likes ... and through conversation words of someone you care about ... or maybe you don't care about but the words strike a chord inside of you causing you to get to decide ... do I do an accountability check here or do I bury my head in the sand and not explore why/what the words stirred inside.

Well, this was one of those moments.  

The Inside story: My husband is the only one in my immediate family that really likes onions in his food.  Thus, when cooking for my family I tend not to add extra onions or sometimes don't add onions at all to please the majority.  

Well, this day, I was fixing taco meat at another person's home and I didn't have my normal spices ... (here's my resource page of favorites for the Kitchen ... specifically my family's all-time favorite Slap Ya MaMa All Natural Cajun Seasoning (go ahead and get some now, you'll thank yourself!).  

This left me in a bit of a ponder because there really weren't ,,, gulp ... any spices I use in taco seasoning.  So i improvised and asked if the other people liked onion in their meat and got a hardy Yes.  So I fixed one skillet with onion mixed in to flavor it and then one skillet without onion and added a lot of prayers and love to help flavor because we were in a spice deficit, divided house.  

Thankfully, they both turned out well and everyone was happy and content with full bellies.  

And then the comment was heard ... "she only cooks with onions for other people".  It was said innocently and to let the others know they were special ... but the simple statement from my earthly heartthrob, caused a check in my inner spirit. 

And now ... you know the rest of the story (yes, I listened to Paul Harvey growing up!) that prompted my video posted above.  

What checks in your spirit do you experience? 

I'd adore hearing your experiences as I truly want to live my best me and head off any regrets or innocent omissions so like learning from others too.  

(Yes, after 25 years of marriage ... I'm still finding out foods that my husband likes that I never knew and thus never fixed for him ... proof that there's always new things to learn and discover!)

Self-Care and Focus Clarity: Marking Territory or Just Doing The Motions?

Welcome to Michelle's Marvelous Monday Marvel!

This weekend was packed with affirming and stretching information as I attended a Functional and Integrative Medicine Conference.   You know it’s a beneficial conference when it aligns with what you are already focusing on in your own life.  

A lot of information and decision points where addressed which I am in the process of seeking my trusted counsel for the answers for my speciality and the direction I am to go forward in. 

The video is very prophetically reflective of where I am today. 

Today I am pondering and planning my future steps and focus.  I am revisiting my self-care plan and protocol for myself and quite honestly … its falling shy of where it should be at minimum and I want to excel at being the Best Me I was Created to be … so this has got to be amped up and ASAP.  

I also am assessing and seeking the direction of my trusted counsel in the focus of my life, ministry, and practice.  I don’t want to be like my dog, Tobias, in my video. I don’t want to be spending my energy going from “tree to tree, bush to bush and anything in between” marking the territory with a small “sprinkle” of knowledge, insight, and wisdom. I don’t want to have given out so much in vast amounts of different places that I have nothing to give and only go through the motions during times of the journey.  

Which is why re-assessing my Self-Care program and protocols has taken a priority in my life. Why I am assessing and seeking from my wise counsel the focus I am to move forward in.  

You can sprinkle a lot of area with water and nutriments; however, little is the overall accomplishment and impact.  Yes, some sprinkling is good to help encourage and educate people that there is a way that will edify and build them up to accomplish the desires and goals they have.  However, the main impact life changing, mindset shifting comes from saturating the soil in one specific area and allowing those that need and desire to come and absorb what is there’s to better themselves and assist in achieving their intentions and life purpose.  

TIME for YOU to TAKE ACTION

What is your self-care plan and protocol?  Is it supporting your Greatest Good for You or supporting the bare minimum or not there at all? 

What is your life focus? Are you on track or are you going through the motions running around sprinkling a little bit of yourself here and there until you have nothing left to sprinkle and then just go through the motions until you crash and burn or reach a place to replenish and renew? Are you bearing good fruits? Or not fruit at all?

Gratitude & Dumping

Gratitude & Dumping

I shared this in my special encouragement and accountability group that I have.  However, I am being led to share it here too for those of you who are not a part of my special group yet but need to hear this today.  (Here's the link to join my special group https://www.facebook.com/groups/2455814451326832

Every day is started with gratitude often before I even open my eyes for the first time.  I totally enjoy selecting 3 different things each day that I am grateful for that are different from the past days.  It helps set my day on a gratitude journey and atmosphere. 

Then I randomly select my anointing oils for the day and anoint myself and fill my diffuser. 

Next, I  take my daily "Dump".  I originally started with the goal of 3 written pages or 30 minutes of writing whatever is on my heart and mind or comes up in my thoughts.  Now, I generally have more than 3 pages and often times ... gasp ... go over my 30 allotted minutes.  However, most days I implement the rule that I had when I was schooling my sons ... to stop while you are still eager and wanting to do more.  This causes anticipation and looking forward to tomorrow's "Dump" session.  

And finally, after I'm done with my "Dump" session ... I do the research to see what emotional, mental and spiritual mindset shift areas I'm being grown and stretched in.  

Today, here's the negative mindsets that are being overcome: 
Not enough, poor, scarcity, struggle, worry, being less than, not good enough, tired, flustured, loss, illusion, malice, repressed emotions, stuffed emotions, resistance to change, taken for granted, and shut down. 

And here are the positive mindset shifts that I am being stretched and expanded to new levels in: 
Plenty; ask, believe & receive, clarity, supported, abundance, depth of understand, sharing, i am spot on, acceptance, expressing my best, rejuvenated, renewed, present, gain, benevolence, protected, speaking out, wanted, lovable, steady, learn from life, honored, creative, and vibrantly alive.

Wow!  That totally gets me going and looking forward to charging through whatever comes my way today with a boldness and confidence.  

There's more that I do to uplift and edify myself to do what I'm called and passionate about doing ... but I am excited to get going so I'll just put those to share on another day.
